How do I view and edit my abstract submission?
The presenter and co-authors may view and the presenter may edit the abstract submission by using the link included in the confirmation e-mail sent to the presenter and all co-authors of an abstract once the abstract has been submitted.
A confirmation e-mail is sent to the presenter and co-authors when the abstract is submitted successfully. Look for this e-mail to come from firstname.lastname@example.org. Check your Inbox and junk or spam e-mail folders. It is the responsibility of the presenter to notify the co-authors of the abstract submission.
How do I withdraw an abstract?
- Abstracts may be withdrawn prior to the submission deadline of December 8, 2017 by using the link provided in the confirmation e-mail sent to the presenter following abstract submission.
- Click the link ‘WITHDRAW’ located on the left side of the of the abstract details tab/page.
- Then click ‘Submit’ and close the page.
- It is the responsibility of the person withdrawing the abstract to notify all co-authors of the abstract withdrawal.
After the submission deadline of December 8, 2017, abstracts may be withdrawn only by e-mail to:

Notification must include the abstract title, presenter's first and last name, and e-mail address. All withdrawn notifications will be acknowledged by ICPP.
All presenters MUST register for ICPP2018 by April 10, 2018 or your abstract will be automatically withdrawn.
