Rates Increase on June 22, 2018
ICPP2018 will be a celebration of the Congress' vision to promote an engaged world community of plant health scientists advancing knowledge for a safe, affordable, secure supply of food, feed, and fiber for a growing population.
Full registration includes all sessions, posters, exhibits, and the opening Welcome Reception. The Congress Closing Event is not included in the registration fee. Anyone wanting to attend the Congress Closing Event on Thursday, August 2, 2018 must purchase a ticket to attend.

*Only Undergraduate and Graduate Students should register with Student Registration. Students must provide a Sponsoring Faculty's name and e-mail address to qualify.
**Each exhibiting company (single booths) receives one complimentary registration. Double booths receive two complimentary registrations. The fee for each additional exhibitor is $595.
Short Talk and Poster Presenters Registration Deadline
Every PRESENTER of a short talk or poster MUST register by MAY 1, 2018 or the presentation and abstract will be withdrawn from the meeting.
Guests do not register. However, guests wishing to attend any of the receptions or other ticketed food functions must purchase tickets in advance or onsite. Guests must have a name badge and ticket to attend ticketed functions. Guests do not have access to the sessions or exhibit hall. Co-workers and business associates are not considered guests and must pay registration fees.
Meeting cancellations MUST be made in writing and received no later than
June 25, 2018. Cancellations received by this date are subject to a $75 processing fee; ticketed events will be fully refunded. Registration and ticketed event cancellations received after
June 25, 2018, are NOT subject to a refund.
